You are part of your own family history.
Your story is important, not just for your own family but for future generations of local and social historians.
Writing your memoir is a rewarding and therapeutic process and completing our own biographies is an important task for those of us who are family historians.
At ‘Writing your Life Story Club’, we will take you from blank page to an interesting biography in fifteen months. Each month, we will tackle a different topic, discuss our approach, share and jog memories and encourage each other. Topics will include, clothes, homes, food, work, relationships, celebrations, hobbies and much more. There will also be help with structure and the writing process
