The East End of London has been home to various immigrant groups over time. Some have been absorbed, others have settled before moving on. This virtual tour looks at the visual reminders of the most recognisable groups of settlers: Jewish and Muslim, French, German and Irish. All have left clear traces of their presence. While some of these are obvious, others may well surprise you!
