Professional Corner: Web strategies for Genealogy Professionals

If your genealogy business isn’t showing up on Google you’re invisible to the very people looking for your services. Search engine optimisation (SEO) is how you change that. It’s the practice of making simple, targeted improvements to your website so that when someone searches for a genealogist in your area, or with your specialist skills, your name is the one they find.

This talk covers the essentials of SEO in plain language and gives practical strategies for improving search visibility and understanding website visitors. Learn how to choose the right keywords, optimise your web pages, and use free tracking tools to measure your results and make smarter decisions about your business website.

No technical background required!

You’ll leave with a step-by-step plan to increase your online visibility and turn search traffic into paying clients.
