Xanthe Hall is a Scottish-German writer and artist, living in Berlin. She worked for 40 years as a professional nuclear disarmament campaigner for various NGOs in the UK and Germany, two of which were awarded the Nobel Peace Prize. Since retirement she focusses primarily on family history storytelling.

Dorothy Halfhide is a historian and a tourist guide. She has been researching and talking about the history of Thorney, in the Fens, for over 30 years and is also keen on medieval monasteries, Victorian buildings and local history in general. She volunteers as the community Museum Curator in Thorney.

A retired journalist based in Ottawa, Kelly has a genealogy PGDip from the University of Strathclyde and is a Register of Qualified Genealogists member. She volunteers with UCL’s Centre for the Study of the Legacies of British Slavery as it seeks to illuminate enslaved lives through its Valuable Lives project.

Contributes to crowdsourced digitisation and transcription projects, serves on the board of the Israel Genealogy Research Association, and has worked internationally with MyHeritage since 2006.
