- and in the case of a problem:

However, if you find what you think is an error of fact on pages derived from the Society's printed publications, it is best to mail the Society's Genealogist directly.
Please do not to contact the webmaster for information or other issues. The Web site manager is unable to:
- deal with queries relating to membership
- resolve issues to do with members accessing the Origins Network web site
- deal with general enquiries relating to the Society
- look up information in the Society's library
- assist with genealogical queries
